What is National curriculum ?

National curriculum is (noun) the subjects studied at school by all children aged between 5 and 16 in England and Wales (NOTE: The National curriculum is made up of three ‘core’ subjects English, maths and science; and seven ‘foundation’ subjects art, design and technology, geography, history, music, physical education, and a foreign language.)
