What is Clostridium Botulinum?

Clostridium Botulinum meaning in Animal Science terminology / glossary / dictionary is:
A rod-shaped spore-forming bacteria that produces a lethal toxin when grown in anaerobic conditions. A tiny amount absorbed will cause paralysis of the involuntary muscles such as the diaphragm leading to suffocation.
