What is Alaska Permanent Fund and Dividend Match?
Alaska Permanent Fund and Dividend Match meaning The Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) was established through a Constitutional amendment approved by Alaska voters in 1976 which functions under the belief that all qualifying Alaskans benefit equally from the States oil wealth. This allows an annual reimbursement to families by the government. The Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend Match allows other states to identify delinquent child support obligors entitled to reimbursement for the purpose of intercept of funds.
