Collaborative stage data collection system meaning Cancer staging system designed to derive the extent of disease at the time of diagnosis based on a complex computer algorithm based on tumor size, extension of the primary tumor, lymph node involvement, and metastases. It assigns both the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) TNMM stage and the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results Program (SEER) Summary Stage 1977 and 2000.
