What is Productivity standards?
Productivity standards meaning Quantifiable guidelines for performing a specific task; for example, stating that, on average, an experienced registrar in a facility can complete eight abstracts per day uninterrupted by other tasks. Productivity standards are used to measure employee achievement at the time of performance evaluation or salary review.
