What is Primary amyloidosis?

Primary amyloidosis meaning A condition in which myeloma light chains cross-link with each other in a beta-pleated fashion and then are deposited in tissues and organs throughout the body, such as the heart, nerves, and kidneys, rather than being excreted through the kidneys.
