Non-secretory myeloma

What is Non-secretory myeloma?

Non-secretory myeloma meaning A small percentage of myeloma patients do not have any M-protein in the blood (serum) and urine. Patients with non-secretory myeloma are treated in the same fashion, but their disease is diagnosed and tracked by the demonstration of an excess of M-protein in the bone marrow.
